Gets the job done, meh
Confluence does the job ok for keeping track of stuff at work, but sometimes it feels kinda clunky and slow. Also, formatting can be a pain when you just wanna get things done quick. Not terrible, but definitely not my fave tool.

Templates helpful, search needs work
The page templates in Confluence really helped speed up our documentation process, which was a big time saver. However, the search feature can be frustrating since it sometimes misses relevant pages or returns too many unrelated results. Also, I wish the editor was a bit more intuitive; it feels clunky when trying to format complex content. Overall, it’s useful but there’s definitely room for improvement in navigation and editing.

Solid choice for teamwork
Tried Notion and SharePoint before landing on Confluence, and I appreciate how straightforward it is for team collaboration without feeling too cluttered. Notion felt too open-ended, and SharePoint was overly complex for what we needed. Started using Confluence about 5 years ago and it’s gotten noticeably smoother and more intuitive over time. The way it handles collaboration now feels much less clunky than it used to, though sometimes organizing large spaces can still be a bit frustrating. Been using Confluence for a bit and honestly, it's a solid spot for keeping all our project notes and docs in one place.
