Good editing, meh search

The page editing feature is really intuitive and makes collaboration easy, but I find the search function frustratingly slow and not very accurate when trying to find older documents. It’s great for quick updates, but digging through archives is a bit of a hassle.

Better for team projects

Tried Notion and SharePoint before settling on Confluence because it handles team collaboration in a way that feels much more organized for our projects. The way it integrates with Jira and other Atlassian tools really streamlines the workflow, which those others lacked. It’s not perfect—sometimes the interface can feel a bit clunky—but overall it keeps everything in one place without much hassle.

Reliable with room to grow

Started using this about 5 years ago and honestly, it's gotten smoother and more intuitive with each update. Some features still feel a bit clunky, but overall it really helps keep our projects organized and everyone on the same page. The occasional slow load times can be annoying, but nothing deal-breaking.

Solid for team docs

Tried Notion and Microsoft OneNote before, but Confluence felt more structured for our team's documentation needs. The way it handles permissions and integrates with Jira made things smoother, though the interface can feel a bit clunky at times.

Finally organized our docs

Our team was drowning in scattered docs and constant back-and-forth emails trying to keep everyone on the same page. Confluence helped us organize all project info in one place where anyone can update or find details without digging through old threads. It cut down confusion a lot, though sometimes the page editor can be a bit clunky when formatting complex tables. Overall, it made collaboration way smoother for us.

Great for project collaboration

Switched from Notion and Evernote, and Confluence won me over because its integration with Jira makes tracking projects way smoother. The interface takes a bit to get used to, but once you're in the groove, collaborating feels more organized and less messy than the other tools I tried.

Good features, pricey for small teams

Confluence has useful features, but the pricing feels a bit steep for smaller teams like mine. It gets the job done, but I’m not sure the return on investment is there unless you use it heavily.

Finally organized project docs

Our team was drowning in endless email chains trying to keep project docs updated, but Confluence finally made it easy to keep everything in one place and actually organized. It’s not perfect—sometimes formatting gets weird—but overall it saved us a ton of headaches.

Better for team projects

Switched from Notion and Google Docs because Confluence handles team collaboration and version control way better, especially for bigger projects. The interface takes a bit to get used to, but it's solid once you’re in the flow.

Centralized info, but clunky

We had a big problem keeping track of project updates across different teams, and Confluence helped by giving us a central place to store info. But honestly, it was super slow and clunky to edit pages, which made collaboration frustrating instead of easy.
