Mixed feelings on adoption
Our team of about 10 uses Confluence mainly for documentation and project updates, but getting everyone to actually keep it updated has been a real challenge. Some people love it, others barely touch it, which kinda defeats the point of having a central hub.

Great collaboration, search needs work
The collaborative editing feature really stands out and makes working with my team so much smoother—seeing changes in real-time cuts down on endless email threads. I also appreciate the page templates; they save a ton of time when setting up new project docs. That said, the search function can be a bit slow or miss relevant pages sometimes, which gets frustrating when you need info quickly.

Smooth onboarding and setup
Getting Confluence up and running was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guides helped me figure things out quickly, and I had the basics set up in under an hour. There was a slight learning curve with some advanced features, but overall, it was an easy start.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Confluence last year, and while getting everyone comfortable took a few weeks, it really helped with keeping all project info in one place. Collaboration feels smoother now that we’re not digging through endless email threads.

Finally Organized Our Docs
Our team was drowning in scattered meeting notes and outdated docs until we switched to Confluence. Now everything’s organized in one place and updating info is way easier, though sometimes the page loading feels slow.

Better structure for team docs
Switched from Notion after feeling like it was too freeform and hard to keep everything organized, and I’m glad I did. Compared it to SharePoint too, but Confluence strikes a better balance between collaboration and structure for our team docs. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it keeps everyone on the same page without much fuss.

Solid choice for team docs
I switched to Confluence after trying Notion and Google Docs for team collaboration. While Notion is more flexible in terms of layout, Confluence handles documentation and integration with Jira much better, which is crucial for our development cycles. Google Docs felt too simple and disorganized when managing multiple projects, whereas Confluence’s structure made it easier to keep everything in one place without chaos. The interface can be a bit clunky at times, but overall it’s been the best fit for our team’s needs so far.

Great Linking, Slow Editor
The page linking feature makes it super easy to keep related info connected, which really helps with project organization. The editor is solid but sometimes a bit slow to load on larger pages.

Great for team projects
Switched from Notion after struggling with its limitations on team collaboration. Compared it to SharePoint, but Confluence’s integration with Jira and straightforward page hierarchy made organizing projects way easier for us.

Good features but pricey
Confluence is decent for organizing info, but the price feels a bit steep for what we actually use. Small teams might find better value elsewhere unless you really need all the features.
