Worth the investment for growth

Drift isn't the cheapest option out there, but in my experience, it pays for itself quickly. The way it streamlines customer interactions has definitely helped increase our conversion rates, which makes the investment feel worthwhile. For small teams, it offers a lot of functionality without getting overwhelming, so the value is solid. That said, if you're just starting out or have a tight budget, it might feel a bit costly initially.

Great chat, dashboard needs work

The live chat feature is exactly what we needed to connect quickly with visitors, and the customization options let us match the look to our brand effortlessly. However, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more intuitive, as it takes some time to find the insights we want.

Great chat, routing needs polish

Worth the cost for leads

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting Drift up and running was surprisingly smooth—I had the basics set up in under an hour thanks to clear onboarding steps. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, but nothing too frustrating.

Great chat automation, slow sync

I really like how Drift’s chat automation handles common questions without making things feel too robotic. It saved me a bunch of time answering repetitive stuff. The integration with our CRM is solid too, though sometimes it feels a bit slow syncing up. Overall, it's been a big help, just wish the sync was a tad faster.

Better lead chats, easier setup

Switched from Intercom after feeling it was a bit too pricey for what we needed, and Drift gave us a cleaner interface with better lead qualification tools. Compared to HubSpot's chat features, Drift felt more focused and easier to customize without a steep learning curve.

Good but has issues

Started using this about three years ago, and while Drift has definitely improved its features, some updates feel more complicated than helpful. The chat support is solid, but occasional bugs still slow things down for me.

Great chat, clunky emails
