Great chat, tricky setup

The chat widget is exactly what we needed to engage visitors quickly, and it feels really smooth to use. The integration with our CRM was mostly seamless, though setting it up took a bit longer than expected.

Simpler and smarter chat tool

Great for team communication

Our team of about 12 started using Drift a few months ago mainly to improve how we handle incoming client questions. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive, and the ability to tag messages helped keep conversations organized across departments. The sales and support teams collaborate better now, especially when handing off leads or troubleshooting issues. The only thing is sometimes the notifications can be a bit overwhelming when things get busy.

Solid tool that keeps improving

Started using Drift about three years ago and have seen it improve quite a bit since then. The chat features got smoother and more intuitive, and I actually like how their support team responds now. Sometimes the integrations can be a bit tricky to set up, but overall it’s made my workflow easier.

Eased customer support load

Worth the investment
