Boosted lead response time
Our sales team kept missing leads because our chat system was clunky and slow. Drift made it way easier to connect with visitors instantly, which boosted our response time and actually helped close deals faster.

Solid choice for live chat
I tried Intercom and HubSpot before settling on Drift, and what stood out was how smoothly Drift handles real-time chat without bogging down page speed. HubSpot felt too bloated for my needs, and Intercom’s pricing ramps up quickly, but Drift balances features and cost well for what I need daily. The AI chatbots are surprisingly intuitive, which saves me a lot of time qualifying leads without constant oversight. My only gripe is that the reporting dashboard could be more user-friendly.

Quick Setup, Minor Tweaks Needed
Got Drift set up in under an hour thanks to clear onboarding steps, though I had to fiddle with some settings to get it exactly how I wanted. Overall, pretty straightforward with only a slight learning curve.

Decent but needs polish
Tried Intercom first but switched to Drift because the chatbot felt a bit more customizable for our sales team. That said, Drift can be glitchy sometimes and the UI isn't as intuitive as HubSpot's chat tool, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it works fine but definitely has room for improvement.

Worth the investment for teams
Drift is definitely on the pricier side compared to some other tools I've tried, but for the features and the time it saves, it feels like a smart investment. Our team of five has found real value in how it streamlines customer conversations and helps us close deals faster. It might not be the best fit for very small teams or those just starting out, but once you’re up and running, the return on investment becomes clear pretty quickly.

Solid tool with steady improvements
Started using Drift about three years ago and have seen it improve a lot, especially with their chat features and integrations. It’s been reliable and the updates have made my workflow smoother, though sometimes the setup can feel a bit clunky.

Mixed feelings after years
Started using this a few years back and while some features got better, others seem to lag behind or get more complicated. The interface can be confusing at times and customer support isn’t always quick to respond.

Helped, but missed the mark
Our support team was drowning in repetitive customer questions, so we tried Drift to automate some of the answers. It helped reduce the volume a bit by handling simple queries, but it struggled with anything outside very basic topics and often missed the context, so we still spent a lot of time fixing misunderstandings.

Makes customer chats easier
Drift’s chat features really sped up my customer replies, which saved me loads of time. Wish it was a bit easier to set up though.

Good value for lead handling
Drift isn’t cheap, but it’s saved us a lot of time handling leads, so it feels like a solid investment overall.
