Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting Freshworks up and running actually went smoother than I expected. The onboarding guides were clear and helped me avoid the usual stumbling blocks. It took me a couple of hours to fully set everything up, but the process felt logical and I didn’t have to reach out for support much. The learning curve was gentle enough that my whole team was able to start using it without much trouble.

Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of about 10 switched to Freshworks last year, and getting everyone to adopt it went smoother than I expected. It’s helped keep communication clear and tasks organized, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when juggling multiple projects.

Overpriced for the value

Simpler and more affordable support

Switched from Zendesk after struggling with its complicated setup, and Freshworks felt much more intuitive to get going quickly. Compared it to HubSpot as well, but Freshworks’ pricing and simplicity won me over for daily support tasks.

Quick and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up was surprisingly smooth, took me less than a day to get most features working. The onboarding materials were clear enough, though I did have to fiddle with a couple of settings to get things just right. Overall, not a steep learning curve, and had it running pretty quickly.

Cleared our support backlog

Mixed feelings on Freshworks

Our team of about 10 was told to switch to Freshworks last quarter. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough since some folks preferred our old tools, and the collaboration features felt a little clunky at times.
