Solid and Improving Over Time
Started using Freshworks about four years ago, and it’s definitely improved a lot since then. The interface feels cleaner now, and the new automation features have made my daily tasks smoother. Overall, it’s been a steady upgrade without losing its original simplicity.

Good value for the price
For what Freshworks offers, I find it to be a solid investment. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but the return in terms of saved time and improved customer interaction definitely makes up for it. Small teams will find it especially valuable since it combines several tools into one platform, cutting down on extra costs elsewhere. Overall, it’s worth every penny if you’re looking for a reliable, all-in-one solution.

Solid tool, works well
Freshworks is actually pretty smooth to use and has all the basics I need for managing customer tickets. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, like it takes a sec longer to find stuff than I’d like, but overall it’s reliable and hasn’t let me down. Also, the automation features saved me a ton of time once I got them set up right. Would defs recommend if you want something that just works without too much hassle.

Helped with ticket overload
Our small customer support team was drowning in managing multiple communication channels and keeping track of tickets manually. Freshworks helped by centralizing all our customer queries into one platform, which made it easier to assign and follow up on issues. However, the automation features sometimes missed certain triggers, and the reporting tools felt a bit limited for in-depth analysis. Overall, it eased a big headache but still needs some improvements to fully fit our needs.

Solid but needs polish
Been with them for over three years now, and while the platform has definitely added new features, some of the core tools feel slower and less intuitive than before. It works fine for basic tasks, but I’ve noticed glitches and occasional downtime that can be frustrating during busy periods.
