Useful but clunky at times
Started using this tool about three years ago and while it has improved in some areas, the interface still feels clunky and occasionally slow. The data is useful but getting to what I need can be frustrating at times.

Heatmaps and Recordings Flop
The heatmaps are almost unusable because they load so slowly and crash often. Session recordings should help spot issues, but they barely play without glitches, which is super frustrating.

Hotjar’s cool for seeing how people click around, but sometimes the data feels a bit off or laggy. Wish it was easier to dig into specific user sessions without jumping through hoops. Overall, not bad but definitely has some quirks.
