Simplifies Access for Our Team
Our team of about 15 people started using Okta a few months ago after management decided to streamline login processes across multiple tools. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too difficult since the interface is straightforward, and the single sign-on feature really cut down on password resets. Collaboration improved because now we spend less time troubleshooting access issues and more time focused on actual work. The only hiccup has been occasional sync delays with some less common apps, but overall it’s made life easier for everyone.

Good value despite cost
Okta is a bit pricey for smaller teams, but the security boost and time saved make it worth the spend in our experience. The ROI showed up once onboarding got smoother and fewer password issues popped up.

Solid but has issues
Started using Okta about 4 years ago at my company and have seen a lot of changes since then. The platform has definitely improved in terms of UI and integration options, but sometimes the updates feel buggy or cause unexpected downtime. I appreciate how it handles single sign-on pretty well, but the pricing feels steep for what we get, especially with the occasional support delays. Overall, it does the job but hasn’t wowed me enough to rate higher.

Good SSO but clunky UI
The single sign-on feature really streamlines access for our team, which is great. However, I find the user interface for managing groups a bit clunky and unintuitive, making it harder to organize permissions efficiently. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some polish.

Smooth SSO, Secure MFA
The single sign-on feature works really smoothly and has saved us a ton of time managing multiple apps. I also like the adaptive multi-factor authentication—it feels more secure without being annoying. The only downside is that the setup can be a bit confusing at first.

Good value for security
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time saved on managing access more than made up for it. Definitely worth the investment if you need reliable security without constant headaches.

Solid and User-Friendly IAM
We initially tried Auth0 but found Okta’s interface more intuitive for managing both user access and integrations, which made onboarding simpler for our IT team. Compared to OneLogin, Okta felt more reliable in terms of uptime and had better customer support when we ran into issues. The setup wasn’t without hiccups—some policies were a bit tricky to configure—but overall it handled our growing needs well and gave us peace of mind on security. Definitely a solid choice if you want a balance between ease of use and customization.

Solid choice for identity management
We initially tried OneLogin but found the interface clunky and less intuitive for our team. Then we looked at Auth0, which had great developer tools but felt a bit overcomplicated for what we needed. Okta struck a nice balance by being straightforward to set up while still offering robust features and solid customer support. The user management workflows are smooth, and integrating with our existing apps was easier than with the others we tested.

Mixed feelings about setup
Getting Okta set up was kinda a mixed bag for me. The onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had the basics up within a few hours, but diving deeper into configuration took way longer than I expected. The docs were helpful but sometimes felt a bit scattered, which made the learning curve steeper than I hoped. Overall, I got it running, but there were definitely moments where I wished the setup was more intuitive.

Reliable but frustrating at times
Been with Okta for about 4 years now, and while they’ve definitely improved some features, there's still a lot of quirks that make it frustrating at times. The setup process was a headache initially, and although support has gotten better, I still run into occasional sync issues that slow down our workflow. The interface feels a bit clunky compared to newer competitors, but it does the job for managing users securely. Overall, it’s reliable enough but not without its headaches.
