Streamlined Access for Our Team

Our team of about 15 started using Okta to manage access across multiple apps, and it really smoothed out the login chaos we had before. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too painful since the setup was straightforward, though a couple of folks needed a bit of guidance at first. The biggest win has been how it’s helped reduce friction when collaborating with other departments who also switched over — fewer password issues and faster onboarding. Overall, it’s made life easier for both the team and our IT folks, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky.

Good but somewhat pricey

The pricing felt a little steep for what we actually used, but the ease of managing access did save us some time. Not sure the ROI is fully there yet, but it’s solid if you need robust security features.

Great SSO, clunky UI

Good SSO, MFA Needs Work

The single sign-on feature in Okta definitely simplifies logging into multiple apps, which saved a lot of time for our team. However, setting up the multi-factor authentication felt unnecessarily complicated and the interface wasn’t very intuitive, making it frustrating to configure. Overall, it’s helpful but could use some polish in the security setup process.

Reliable and improving over time

Started using Okta about five years ago, and it’s honestly gotten a lot smoother since the early days. Initially, the setup was a bit clunky, but over time the interface has become much more intuitive, and their integration with various apps is solid. The reliability has improved noticeably, which makes managing access for our team way less stressful. I’d like to see some more flexibility in customization, but overall, it’s been a reliable tool that just keeps getting better.

Solid SSO, MFA is Smooth

The single sign-on feature is exactly what we needed to simplify access for our team—it's super reliable and saves a lot of hassle. Smooth setup, easy onboarding
