Great chat and visitor insights
The real-time chat widget is exactly what we needed to connect with customers immediately, and it’s been a huge help for quick support. I also really like the visitor insights feature—it gives useful info about who’s on the site without being overwhelming. That said, the reporting dashboard could use a bit more customization to dig deeper into chat metrics.

Been with Olark for over 4 years now, and honestly, it’s gotten smoother and more reliable as time’s gone on. The chat interface feels way more polished than when I first started, though sometimes the mobile app can be a bit glitchy.
