Good value for the cost

Solid and easy to use

ServiceNow’s interface is pretty straightforward and makes managing tasks way easier than I expected. Took me a bit to get the hang of some features, but once I did, it pretty much nailed what I needed for tracking stuff and getting things done.

Smooth and reliable tool

Honestly, ServiceNow surprised me with how smooth it is to set up and use day-to-day. I mostly use it for tracking IT tickets and it just works without a ton of extra hassle. Sometimes the UI feels a bit clunky but nothing that kills the vibe. Overall, really solid for keeping things organized and on track.

Best for flexible IT workflows

Switched from Jira Service Management after struggling with its limited automation options and clunky UI, and ServiceNow has been a game changer. Compared it to BMC Remedy as well, but ServiceNow’s flexibility and ease of customizing workflows really stood out for our IT team. The platform feels more intuitive for both admins and end users, plus the reporting capabilities have saved us a ton of time. It’s been smooth to scale as our needs grew, which made sticking with it an easy decision.

Helped with ticket chaos

Really smooth workflows
