Simple, effective chat solution

I started with LiveChat but found it too pricey for what we needed, so I gave Tidio a shot. Compared to Zendesk Chat, Tidio felt much simpler to set up and customize without a steep learning curve. I like how it combines chat and email support in one place, which saved me juggling multiple apps. The automation features work pretty well, though sometimes the response triggers can be a bit tricky to fine-tune.

Great chat widget with smart automation

The chat widget is exactly what we needed to engage visitors right away, and setting it up was surprisingly simple. I really like how the automated responses help keep things moving when we're busy, but sometimes the chatbot struggles with more complex questions and sends users back to a human agent a bit too often. Overall, it's made a noticeable difference in how quickly we respond to customers.

Solid value for small teams

For what you get, Tidio hits a nice sweet spot. It’s definitely not the cheapest, but the way it combines live chat and chatbots in one platform has saved me time and brought in more leads, so I’d say it’s worth the cost. Small teams should find good value here without breaking the bank.

Great balance of features and ease

I tried Intercom and Drift before settling on Tidio, mainly because Tidio's interface felt way less cluttered and easier to manage for my small business. The chatbot customization is straightforward without needing to dive into complicated coding, which saved me a lot of time. While Intercom has more advanced features, I didn’t need all that complexity, and Drift’s pricing was a bit steep for what I was getting. Tidio strikes a good balance between usability and features, especially for handling multiple channels in one place.

Easy to Use and Customize

I initially tried Intercom and Drift but found Tidio's interface much more straightforward and easier to customize without needing a developer. The automation setup is flexible enough for my small business, and the live chat feels faster compared to the others. One thing I wish they'd improve is the reporting dashboard, which feels a bit limited compared to Drift’s analytics. Overall, it fits my needs well without overwhelming me with features I don’t use.

Smooth and quick setup

Getting Tidio up and running was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guided me through each step without overwhelming me with options, and I had the chat widget live on my site within about 20 minutes. Solid tool that keeps improving
