Overpriced with poor value

Honestly, the pricing feels way too high for what you actually get. I expected better features or support for the cost, but it just didn’t deliver enough value to justify the monthly fee. Feels like I'm throwing money out the window with little return.

Simple, effective live chat

I switched from Intercom to Tidio mainly because of the pricing and ease of setup, and honestly, it’s been a relief. Compared to Drift, Tidio felt more straightforward without sacrificing key features like chat automation and integrations with Shopify. The interface is clean and intuitive, which made training my team a breeze, plus the customer support has been surprisingly responsive. For what we need, it just works without all the extra fluff that can complicate things.

Simple and Effective Chat Tool

Great chatbot and live chat
