Easier and smoother accounting
Tried QuickBooks first but Xero felt way easier to navigate and the bank integration just works smoother. Switched from Wave, and while it's a bit pricier, the reporting features make it worth it for my small biz.

Good but a bit pricey
Tried QuickBooks first but switched to Xero for its simpler interface and better bank integrations, which honestly made day-to-day tracking easier. That said, Xero sometimes feels a bit clunky when handling more complex reports compared to Wave, which I also tried for freelancing. The pricing is a bit steep for what you get, especially if you just need basic invoicing. Overall, it's decent but I’m still on the fence about sticking with it long-term.

Great invoices, mobile needs work
The invoice customization options really helped me create professional-looking bills without hassle, but the mobile app sometimes feels a bit clunky when trying to reconcile transactions on the go.

Solid accounting app
Xero’s pretty solid for keeping all my invoices and expenses in check. Took a bit to get the hang of some features, but once I did, it made tax time way less stressful. Wish the mobile app was a bit smoother though.

Simple and Reliable Accounting
Switched from QuickBooks and gave FreshBooks a try, but Xero just clicked better for my small business. The interface is straightforward, and I like how smoothly it integrates with my bank, making expense tracking much less of a hassle. The only downside is that sometimes reports take a little longer to load, but overall it’s been a solid choice.

Easy and reliable accounting
Xero makes tracking expenses way easier than I expected, and syncing with my bank is super smooth. Took a bit to get used to all the features, but overall it’s solid for managing my small biz stuff.

Good value for small biz
I find Xero to be great value, especially for a small business like mine. The pricing feels fair for the features it offers, and it’s saved me a lot of time on bookkeeping, which more than justifies the cost. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the return on investment has been clear from day one.

Solved invoicing headaches
Keeping track of invoices and expenses for my freelance work was a mess before, and I was constantly worried about missing payments. Xero made it way easier to organize everything in one place, and the automatic reminders actually helped get clients to pay on time more often. It’s not flawless, but it definitely took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Better fit for small business
Switched from QuickBooks after struggling with their clunky interface and found Xero much more intuitive for managing invoices and bank reconciliations. I also looked at FreshBooks, but Xero's reporting features and app integrations felt more robust for my small business needs. The learning curve was a bit steep at first, but once I got the hang of it, the automation saved me a ton of time each month. My only gripe is that customer support can be slow to respond during peak times.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Xero up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through most of what I needed without overwhelming me, and I had the basics set up within an afternoon. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but overall it was easy to get started.
