Good, but kinda pricey
Zoom works fine for basic meetings, but the price feels a bit steep if you’re just using it occasionally. For regular heavy use it’s probably worth it, but I found myself questioning the cost a few times.

Helped but audio issues persist
We were drowning in missed meetings and scheduling chaos before Zoom helped us hold remote team check-ins easily. The video and screen sharing worked fine, which was a huge relief. That said, the constant audio glitches and random disconnects made it frustrating to rely on for anything longer than 30 minutes.

Good but a bit pricey
Zoom works fine for basic meetings, but the pricing feels a bit steep when you need advanced features. For occasional use, it’s okay, but I’m not sure the cost justifies what you get for bigger teams.

Good sharing, wonky audio
The screen sharing feature works great and makes collaboration easy, but the audio sometimes cuts out randomly, which can be really frustrating during important calls. Also, the virtual backgrounds are fun but often glitchy on my older laptop.

Quick and easy setup
Getting Zoom up and running was surprisingly quick—I had it all set up in under 10 minutes. The onboarding process walked me through the basics without overwhelming me, so there wasn’t much of a learning curve. Overall, a smooth start that didn’t require any troubleshooting.

Quick and easy setup
Getting Zoom up and running was surprisingly quick—I had it set up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. The onboarding was straightforward, with just enough guidance to figure out the main features without feeling overwhelmed. I did stumble a bit when trying to schedule recurring meetings, but overall, the learning curve was gentle. Definitely saved me some headaches compared to other platforms I've tried.
