Solid but needs polish

Been with BigCommerce for about 4 years now, and while the platform has definitely improved, some features still feel clunky and not very intuitive. Customer support can be hit or miss, which gets frustrating when you need quick fixes.

Works well for small shops

Honestly, BigCommerce works well for my small shop and hasn’t given me too many headaches. Setup was kinda straightforward, though some of the customization options took me a bit to figure out. Overall, not bad and does what I need without much fuss.

Great product options, meh checkout

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up with BigCommerce was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I had the store up and running in a couple of hours. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, but overall, it felt manageable and straightforward.

Good for team collaboration

Our team of about 8 switched to BigCommerce last year for managing our online store, and it took a bit to get everyone fully comfortable, but once they did, collaboration got way smoother. The boss pushed for it, and honestly, having everything in one place made it easier to track updates and share feedback quickly. Sometimes the interface feels a little clunky though, which slows down the newer folks.
