Smooth and easy to use

Steady improvements over time

Started using LiveChat about five years ago and have seen it improve steadily. Easy team collaboration tool

Improved team collaboration overall

Our team of about 15 started using LiveChat after our manager insisted on trying it out to improve customer response times. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some preferred emails, but once the team got used to the interface, collaboration became smoother, especially with the shared inbox and tagging features. The ability to see who’s handling which chat helped avoid duplicated efforts, which was a big plus for us. Overall, it’s been a solid tool though the occasional lag during peak hours can be frustrating.
