Great for team communication
Our team of about 8 started using LiveChat a few months ago after the boss pushed for a more streamlined way to handle customer questions. Getting everyone on board was easier than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive, and now we can quickly tag each other in conversations which helps with collaboration. Sometimes notifications get a bit overwhelming, but overall it’s made our workflow smoother.
