Good but pricey for features

Okta works fine for managing access, but the pricing feels a bit steep especially when you add on features. Got decent return on investment but wouldn't say it's budget-friendly for smaller setups.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using Okta about five years ago for our company's single sign-on needs, and it has definitely improved since then. The interface feels smoother now, and they've added useful features that actually make managing user access easier. Overall, it's been a solid tool that keeps getting better over time.

Smooth login, minor quirks

Okta’s login setup is pretty smooth and saves me a ton of hassle with passwords. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it gets the job done without much fuss.

Worth the investment

Okta isn't the cheapest option out there, but for the level of security and ease it brings, it definitely pays for itself. Managing user access has become way smoother, which saves time and hassle down the line. I’d say it’s solid value, especially if you care about saving headaches.

Smooth integration and support

Switched from Azure AD and tried OneLogin before settling on Okta. What sold me was how seamless the user experience is and how quickly it integrates with our existing apps. Setting up multi-factor authentication was straightforward, and their support team actually responds fast when something goes sideways.

Solid and hassle-free SSO

Okta's been pretty solid for managing logins across all the apps we use at work. Setup was fairly straightforward, and I like how it remembers my devices so I don't have to keep entering codes all the time. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it keeps things secure without making me jump through hoops every day. Definitely made single sign-on way less of a headache.

Started using Okta about five years ago and have noticed steady improvements, especially with their user interface and integration options. It feels much more intuitive now, and their customer support has been helpful whenever issues pop up. Overall, it’s become a reliable part of our security setup without feeling like a hassle.

Smooth adoption for team access

Our team of about 15 started using Okta when the boss insisted we needed a better way to manage access across all our apps. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too painful, but a couple of folks did complain about the extra login steps at first. After a couple weeks, the whole department switched over and it definitely made collaboration smoother since we no longer had to share passwords or deal with constant resets. The setup could be a bit more intuitive for non-techy users though, but overall it’s been a solid improvement.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting Okta up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had most of the basics set within a few hours. There was a slight learning curve with some of the advanced settings, but overall, it didn’t slow things down much.

Solid but somewhat frustrating

Started using Okta about five years ago at my previous job, and while the platform has definitely improved in terms of UI and integration options, it still feels a bit clunky at times. The setup process was pretty straightforward initially, but managing more complex workflows can get frustrating because some features aren’t as intuitive as I expected. Customer support has been hit or miss depending on who you get, which can slow things down when issues pop up. Overall, it does the job for identity management, but I wouldn’t say it’s the smoothest experience out there.
